All lots remain the property of the owner until full payment. Complaints must be made with on 2 days of receipt of lots. At the end of this period, the complaint will not be allowed. No complaint is accepted for the made up lots and collections. In the event of lawsuit, only the Commercial Court of Paris is qualified.

For all stamps or letters for a value more than 50€, an expertise of Jean François Brun will be done gracefully on request.

A photographic certificate of Jean François Brun can be established for all stamps or letters for a value more than 100€ with the tariff of 30€.

The stamps dispatched by the Post office are it by registered mail to the risks of the purchasers except derogatory agreement;
they remain the property of the saler until the full payment.
